To take a look at the use of the NTIC and their impact on informal social control in the small groups of traditional rural Africa in general and in the Peul and Kirdi peasantries in particular, is to join the sociology of uses in order to identify, observe, understand and analyze the socio-cultural dynamics that within these localities in relations between the different agents. In the canton of Dibi, an area in which communities are still distinguished by a traditional way of life, the inscription of these in digital age is effective and we then witness some kind of conflict between the primary socializations and the media socialization. Here and there, ICT tools and their content through the flow of images, sounds, texts and various interactions lead to the emergence of new behaviors that by pass the regulation of individuals and weaken social control.

In approaching this study, we have emitted a research track that leads us to realize that NITCs are a structuring factor within societal transformations and lead to a redefinition of the balance of power between social cadets and their elders, at a remodeling of the traditional canons of social activity. To arrive at these observations, we have convened collecting techniques which leave the respondents the freedom to express themselves freely. At the end of these interviews, it appears that popular reactions are set up to try the again control over the management of members of said communities.
